My goal is to get you happier and healthier!

I do this by keeping classes achievable for all, giving you a workout at your pace, with mixed ability programmes for everyone. My experience with Pilates has led to many men and women achieving great success with there bodies and improved wellbeing. This has helped improve there strength, focus energy levels and motivation in creating a stress free and healthy lifestyle!

 







 

Pilates

We all tend to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. Your health and wellbeing are so important, so if you are looking for a Fun, Effective and Efficient workout that increases strength and flexibility, all the while relieving stress, then Pilates could be your answer! For both men and women, and all abilities, Pilates is an incredible full body workout. You will use your body's own resistance in postures and movements designed to provide a workout experience that will challenge and satisfy, meaning in only a few sessions you will notice an improvement in your core strength, stability, mobility and overall wellbeing. This workout is beneficial to your mind as well as your body, aiding sleep and promoting general calmness in every aspect of your life.
