Terms and Conditions

1. Exercise with Emma reserves the right to post photos of classes for advertisement purposes. You must tell us in writing if you do not want photos of you to appear on the website or social media platforms.

2. Classes must not be recorded for personal use or distributed without Exercise with Emmas written consent. 

3. Cancellation of classes must be done 24 hours before the start of class, no refund will be processed unless under extreme circumstance and agreed with by Exercise with Emma.

4. Cancellation of memberships require 1 months notice.

5. Emma Moore will have the right to 6 weeks holiday annually, no discounts to memberships or refunds will be made for these breaks in live classes.

6. When signing up for any classes, live online, on-demand or face to face, you agree that you have been honest in answering your health related questions on the PARQ and agree to update the PARQ with any new illnesses or injuries and advise Exercise with Emma before exercising.

7. You acknowledge that by taking part in any of the exercise classes, live online, on-demand and face to face that injury can occur and will not take legal action against Exercise With Emma or Emma Moore if you become injured by partaking. 

8. When exercising at home or remotely, you must be fit that day, have enough space and wear correct footwear.

9. Exercise with Emma reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund if rules of the memberships are broken.

10. For face to face classes you must not attend if you are displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus (Fever, new continuous cough, change in taste or smell), please regularly check the www.nhs.uk to make sure you are not displaying any symptoms and if you are unsure or feeling unwell at all you do not attend.

11. You acknowledge that by attending a face to face class with Exercise with Emma that there is a risk of contracting Coronavirus and that you are prepared to take that risk.

12. If you have been told to shield, you must not attend class.

13. If you have returned from any of the countries on the UK quarantine list in the last 14 days, you must not attend. For more information on which countries are listed, please visit GOV.uk
