'Pilates is a huge part of my life! There is no one else I would have instruct me, or anywhere else I would go, this has become my home. Emma is absolutely amazing, kind and so knowledgable, and the other participants are so lovely and welcoming. Emma is so accommodating to the individual needs and limitations of people. She always encourages you to listen to your body and modify as needed. There is always creativity in the class and new exercises and variarions every week. Physically I haven't felt this good in ages. I never miss a class and I feel my strength, balance and overall wellbeing is at it's peak. The results are truly amazing and Emma makes me feel so at ease and I look forward to coming each time!

"Emma is a very good instructor. I have been attending Pilates classes with Emma for many years and have seen a big improvement in the toned shape and flexibility of my body.
 
Emma ensures that the Pilates classes are relaxed which I enjoy as I suffer from social anxiety but are very effective. Emma welcomes and acknowledges everyone who attends her classes and is always approachable if anyone needs to discuss any injuries they have.
 
The Pilates classes are mixed abilities and Emma will give several options for each move, with an easy, medium and hard option so if you are new or haven't mastered a move yet or are having a bad day you can choose the move option that best suits you.

I had found myself struggling with back pain from years on the tools, and knee pain from arthritis, so needed to sort the problems out to be able to enjoy everyday life. My partner attends Emma’s classes and encouraged me to try it out. I was sceptical being a man and only ever using weights in the gym, however I have now been attending for about 6 months where Emma has made me feel totally at ease, explaining every exercise & move expertly. I incorporate this now into my weekly fitness routine and I now feel that my core strength has improved along with balance & posture. I would thoroughly recommend Emma’s classes 100%.

Emma's Pilates classes are friendly, supportive, inclusive and good humoured.  I love how relaxed I am after a class but my body knows it's been worked and can feel the improvement for myself in so many ways.

“I have been attending Emma’s pilates classes since Emma qualified and to say her class
has made a difference is an understatement.
Due to the nature of my job, has resulted in having back pain to the point where I was unable to sit, stand or walk.
After attending Emma’s pilates class, I am now practically pain free. But if you are having a bad day with pain or just your body not feeling it, Emma recognises this and will give you either easier options or a different move altogether.
The class is friendly and welcoming of all abilities from new starters to those who have been going for a while, we also have had pregnant ladies, people with knee problems, disc problems, attend and still attend today.  
Emma will always keep an eye on them.
Emma is also an advocate for mental health and pilates gives you that time to just breathe and be in the moment,  Emma makes sure there is time for a relaxation part where we do breathing and visualisations to finish”
